Working with a Sales Recruiter

Headhunters work for the employer. Our clients generally have very specific requirements and come to us when they have positions that warrant specialized industry experience and/or a rolodex. Many employers have specific hiring criteria and are not willing to pay a recruitment fee for general selling skills. For each opening that we have, we may talk to over 100 potential matches. At the end of the day, only one person is hired for the position.

Our Industry Focus

We recruit for software, hardware and technology-based busienss services organizations. If you are currently selling in this sector and are open to working for an organization that is currently small to mid-sized we could be a great match for you!

We do not recruit for the following industries: medical, pharmaceutical, consumer products, manufactures reps, industrial, retail sales, medical device, entry-level positions or people looking to make a career transition or break into sales.
